{"id":10437,"date":"2025-10-22T15:36:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:36:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/?post_type=product&#038;p=10437"},"modified":"2025-10-22T15:36:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:36:53","slug":"mircera-50-%c2%b5g-0-3-ml-epoetin-beta-vial-refrigerated","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/ar\/\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\/mircera-50-%c2%b5g-0-3-ml-epoetin-beta-vial-refrigerated\/","title":{"rendered":"Mircera 50 \u00b5g\/0.3 mL epoetin beta vial (refrigerated)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mircera is an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA) indicated for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>disease (CKD) in:<\/li>\n<li>adult patients on dialysis and adult patients not on dialysis<\/li>\n<li>pediatric patients 5 to 17 years of age on hemodialysis who are converting<\/li>\n<li>from another ESA after their hemoglobin level was stabilized with an ESA<\/li>\n<li>Not recommended for use In the treatment of anemia due to cancer chemotherapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the iron status in all patients before and during treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Administer supplemental iron therapy when serum ferritin is less than 100 mcg\/L or when serum transferrin saturation is less than 20%.<\/li>\n<li>The majority of patients with CKD will require supplemental iron during the course of ESA therapy.<\/li>\n<li>Following initiation of therapy and after each dose adjustment, monitor hemoglobin weekly until the hemoglobin level is stable and sufficient to minimize the need for RBC transfusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp;
