{"id":10570,"date":"2025-10-22T17:39:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T14:39:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/?post_type=product&#038;p=10570"},"modified":"2025-10-22T17:39:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T14:39:59","slug":"jadenu-180-mg-film-coated-30-tablets","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/ar\/\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\/jadenu-180-mg-film-coated-30-tablets\/","title":{"rendered":"Jadenu 180 mg Film Coated 30 Tablets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JADENU is an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>JADENU is indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload in patients 10 years of age and older with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia (NTDT) syndromes, and with a liver iron (Fe) concentration (LIC) of at least 5 mg Fe per gram of dry weight (Fe\/g dw) and a serum ferritin greater than 300 mcg\/L.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Transfusional Iron Overload: Initial dose for patients with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) greater than 60 mL\/min\/1.73 m2 is 14 mg per kg (calculated to nearest whole tablet or nearest whole sachet content for granules) once daily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>NTDT Syndromes: Initial dose for patients with eGFR greater than 60 mL\/min\/1.73 m2 is 7 mg per kg (calculated to nearest whole tablet or nearest whole sachet content for granules) once daily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp;
