Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had.<\/li>\n<li>If you cannot pass urine from the bladder.<\/li>\n<li>If you have severe ulcerative colitis (ulceration and inflammation of the colon).<\/li>\n<li>If you have an uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma (high pressure in the eyes with possible vision loss if the disease is not properly treated).<\/li>\n<li>If you have a toxic megacolon (acute dilatation of the colon).<\/li>\n<li>If you have myasthenia gravis (excessive weakness of the muscles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Possible side effects:\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Possible side effects include allergic reactions and signs of heart failure (uncommon), like difficulty breathing, chest pain, getting tired easily (even at rest) and swelling of the legs.<\/li>\n<li>Very common side effects include headache and dry mouth.<\/li>\n<li>Common side effects include bronchitis, chest pain, dizziness, drowsiness, increased weight, dry eyes, blurred vision, dry skin, tiredness, diarrhea, vertigo, indigestion, constipation, abdominal pain, bloating, palpitations, vomiting, painful or difficult urination, edema (e.g. in the ankles) and sensation of pins and needles in the fingers and toes.<\/li>\n<li>Uncommon side effects include nervousness, heart problems (e.g. heart failure, increased heart rate, irregular heartbeat), memory impairment and heartburn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>How to take Tolterodine:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The usual recommended dose is one 2 mg tablet orally twice daily.<\/li>\n<li>If you have kidney\/liver problems or if you are experiencing side effects from the medicine, your doctor may recommend that you take one 1 mg tablet orally twice daily.<\/li>\n<li>Tolterodine is not recommended for children.<\/li>\n<li>Take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.<\/li>\n<li>Your doctor will determine the dose that you need to take.<\/li>\n<li>Take tablets before, during or
