{"id":5219,"date":"2025-10-14T21:18:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/?post_type=product&#038;p=5219"},"modified":"2025-10-14T21:18:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:18:36","slug":"fampyra-10-mg-fampridine-tablets-x-56","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/ar\/\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\/fampyra-10-mg-fampridine-tablets-x-56\/","title":{"rendered":"Fampyra 10 mg fampridine Tablets \u00d7 56"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fampyra is used to improve walking ability in adult patients with multiple sclerosis who have difficulty walking.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fampyra contains the active ingredient fampridine, which belongs to a group of medicines called potassium channel blockers.<\/li>\n<li>These medicines prevent the release of potassium, among other things, from nerve cells damaged by multiple sclerosis (MS).<\/li>\n<li>This medicine is thought to work by normalizing nerve signaling, thereby improving the reduced walking ability caused by MS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The doctor will initially prescribe the medication for you for 2 to 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<li>After 2 to 4 weeks and then at regular intervals, he will assess the improvement in walking ability and decide on further treatment.<\/li>\n<li>The usual dose is one extended-release tablet in the morning and one extended-release tablet in the evening (12 hours apart).<\/li>\n<li>Do not take more than two extended-release tablets per day.<\/li>\n<li>The interval between two prolonged-release tablets must be 12 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Do not take the extended-release tablets more often than every 12 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp; Warnings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>May cause seizures, especially in patients with a history of seizures<\/li>\n<li>Store at room temperature between 20\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C (68\u00b0F to 77\u00b0F)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Side Effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insomnia<\/li>\n<li>Urinary Tract Infections<\/li>\n<li>Dizziness<\/li>\n<li>Headache<\/li>\n<li>Back Pain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fampridine 10mg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fampyra is used to improve walking ability in adult patients with multiple sclerosis who have difficulty walking.
