used for:<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<b>This medication is indicated in following liver disorders:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Acute Hepatitis (viral, non-viral, drug induced)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Chronic hepatitis (with or without hyperammonaemia)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Cirrhosis of liver<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Fatty liver with hyperammonaemia<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Hepatic encephalopathy<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0As an adjuvant therapy with all hepatotoxic drugs<\/p>\n<p><b>Do not take L-Ornithine L-Aspartate:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0If you have apparent renal dysfunction (with creatinine level exceeding 3 mg\/100 ml of blood plasma).<\/p>\n<p><b>Warnings and precautions:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nTalk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you:<br \/>\n<\/b>\u2022\u00a0You have severe renal insufficiency: blood urea and serum creatinine must be monitored regularly.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0nausea or vomiting occurs, it is necessary to optimize the infusion speed.<br \/>\nPreparation is prescribed with prudence to patients, involved in potentially dangerous activities, demanding increased reaction and quickness of psychomotor action.<\/p>\n<p><b>Possible side effects:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>These include cutaneous reactions and in specific cases \u2013 nausea, vomiting.<br \/>\nOther medicines and L-Ornithine L-Aspartate<br \/>\nAs no compatibility studies have been performed, the medicinal product must not be mixed with other medicinal products.<\/p>\n<p><b>How to take L-Ornithine L-Aspartate:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Adults<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0In Acute Hepatitis: 1-2 ampoules a day.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0In Chronic hepatitis and Hepatic cirrhosis: 2-4 ampoules a day.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0In Hepatic encephalopathy (mild to moderate): upto 8 ampoules within 24 hours.<br \/>\n<b>Children<br \/>\n<\/b>This medicine is not recommended for use in children since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.<\/p>\n<p><b>How to store L-Ornithine L-Aspartate:<br \/>\n<\/b>Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Store at temperature 15 to 30 \u00b0C away from light.<\/p>\n<p><b>* Dosage form and route of administration of L-ornithine L-aspartate Syrup: L-Ornithine L-Aspartate 300mg and L-ornithine L-aspartate
