{"id":6267,"date":"2025-10-15T20:04:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T17:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/?post_type=product&#038;p=6267"},"modified":"2025-10-15T20:04:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T17:04:11","slug":"vosevi-400mg-100mg-100mg-f-c-tablet","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/ar\/\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\/vosevi-400mg-100mg-100mg-f-c-tablet\/","title":{"rendered":"VOSEVI 400MG\/100MG\/100MG F.C.TABLET"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir 400 mg\/100 mg\/100 mg film-coated tablets<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>What Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir is used for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is given to adults of 18 years and older to treat a chronic (long-term) viral infection of the liver called hepatitis C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Do not use Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are allergic to sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, voxilaprevir or any of the other ingredients of this medicine<\/li>\n<li>If this applies to you, do not take Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir and tell your doctor immediately.<\/li>\n<li>If you are currently taking any of the following medicines:<\/li>\n<li>rifampicin and rifabutin (antibiotics used to treat infections, including tuberculosis);<\/li>\n<li>St. John\u2019s wort (a herbal medicine used to treat depression);<\/li>\n<li>carbamazepine, phenobarbital and phenytoin (medicines used to treat epilepsy and prevent seizures);<\/li>\n<li>rosuvastatin (a medicine used to treat high blood cholesterol or decrease the risk of certain cardiovascular events);<\/li>\n<li>dabigatran (a medicine used to prevent blood clots);<\/li>\n<li>ethinylestradiol containing medicines, including many contraceptives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Warnings and Precautions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talk to your doctor if you:<\/li>\n<li>have liver problems other than from hepatitis C, for instance<\/li>\n<li>if you have a current or previous infection with the hepatitis B virus, since your doctor may want to monitor you more closely;<\/li>\n<li>if you have had a liver transplant.<\/li>\n<li>are taking treatment for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, since your doctor may want to monitor you more closely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Possible side effects:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stop using the product and seek immediate medical attention if you develop throat tightness or swelling of the eyes, face, lips or tongue, feel faint, or have difficulty breathing.<\/li>\n<li>Stop using the product if you develop hives or itching of the face or body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other medicines and Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any of the medicines below:<\/li>\n<li>amiodarone, used to treat irregular heartbeats;<\/li>\n<li>rifapentine (an antibiotic used to treat infections, including tuberculosis);<\/li>\n<li>oxcarbazepine (medicine used to treat epilepsy and prevent seizures);<\/li>\n<li>tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, or any medicine containing tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, used to treat HIV infection;<\/li>\n<li>atazanavir, efavirenz or lopinavir, used to treat HIV infection;<\/li>\n<li>digoxin, used to treat heart conditions;<\/li>\n<li>modafinil, used to treat sleep disorders;<\/li>\n<li>atorvastatin, pravastatin, or other statins, used to treat high cholesterol;<\/li>\n<li>ciclosporin, used to suppress the immune system.<\/li>\n<li>Taking Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir with any of these may stop your medicines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to use Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.<\/li>\n<li>Recommended dose: The recommended dose is one tablet once a day for 8 or 12 weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Swallow the tablet whole with food. Do not chew, crush or split the tablet as it has a very bitter taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to store Sofosbuvir \/velpatasvir\/voxilaprevir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the bottle and carton after \u201cEXP\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.<\/li>\n<li>This medicine does not require any special temperature storage conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture.
