Prior therapy should have included an anthracycline and a taxane in either the adjuvant or metastatic setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Liposarcoma<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HALAVEN is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma who have received a prior anthracycline-containing regimen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommended dose is 1.4mg\/m2 inA quick 2- to 5-minute infusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp; Warnings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neutropenia<\/li>\n<li>Peripheral Neuropathy<\/li>\n<li>Embryo-Fetal Toxicity<\/li>\n<li>QT Prolongation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Side Effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>neutropenia (82%), anemia (58%), asthenia\/fatigue (54%), alopecia (45%), peripheral neuropathy (35%), nausea (35%), and constipation (25%).
