Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had.<\/p>\n<p><b>How to take Palbociclib\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Adults:<\/p>\n<p>Recommended initial dose is 125 mg orally once daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off treatment. Your doctor may recommend dose reductions or interruptions based on your response and tolerability to the medication.<\/p>\n<p>Children:<\/p>\n<p>It is not known yet if this medication is effective and safe in children.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Take tablet with food in combination with aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant (cancer medications).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Take tablet with a full glass of water.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Take at the same time every day.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Do not stop taking your medication without consulting your doctor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Do not take cracked, broken or damaged capsules.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Swallow the capsule whole. Do not crush, open or chew the capsules.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Grapefruit may increase the level of the medication in the blood.
