It is used in patients who have not been treated for WM in the past or when the disease has come back or treatment has not worked, or in patients who cannot be given chemotherapy together with an antibody.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Contact a doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are unsure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How much to take:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)<br \/>\nThe recommended dose of IMBRUVICA is 560 mg once daily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Chronic lymphocytic leukemia\u00a0(CLL) \/\u00a0Waldenstr\u00f6m&#8217;s macroglobulinemia\u00a0(\u00a0WM\u00a0)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>The recommended dose of IMBRUVICA is 420 mg once daily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Your doctor may need to adjust your dose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Taking this medicine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Take the tablets orally (by mouth) with a glass of water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Take the tablets at about the same time each day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Swallow the tablets whole.
