{"id":7024,"date":"2025-10-16T16:31:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T13:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/?post_type=product&#038;p=7024"},"modified":"2025-10-16T16:31:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T13:31:53","slug":"gemcitabin-200-mg-20-ml-1-vial-ebewe","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/theoutlet.sa\/ar\/\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\/gemcitabin-200-mg-20-ml-1-vial-ebewe\/","title":{"rendered":"Gemcitabin 200 mg\/20 ml 1 Vial \u2013 Ebewe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gemcitabine is used to treat locally advanced or metastatic bladder cancer, in combination with cisplatin.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gemcitabine is used to treat locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gemcitabine can only be prescribed by physicians with expertise in the use of anti-cancer drugs.<\/li>\n<li>Gemcitabine is well tolerated during infusion and the patient can walk (not lie down).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp; Warnings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hematologic toxicity<\/li>\n<li>Liver failure and kidney failure<\/li>\n<li>Yellow fever vaccine and other live attenuated vaccines are not recommended for patients receiving gemcitabine<\/li>\n<li>the risk of cardiac and\/or vascular disorders with gemcitabine<\/li>\n<li>Posterior reversible syndrome (PRES)<\/li>\n<li>Capillary leak syndrome<\/li>\n<li>pulmonary edema, interstitial pneumonia or severe adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).<\/li>\n<li>spermatogenesis deficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Side Effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nausea with\/without vomiting, increased liver transaminases (AST\/ALT) and alkaline phosphatase, occurring in approximately 60% of patients, proteinuria and hematuria occurring. in about 50% of patients; dyspnea in 10-40% of patients (highest rate in lung cancer patients); allergic skin rash occurs in about 25% of patients and is accompanied by pruritus in 10% of patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gemcitabine 200Mg\/20ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gemcitabine is used to treat locally advanced or metastatic bladder cancer, in combination with cisplatin.
