Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>The recommended dose in adults is one 400 mg\/100 mg tablet once daily for 12 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>The recommended dose in patients 3 to &lt;18 years of age is based on weight. Take the product as directed by your doctor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you are taking an antacid (medicine used to relieve heartburn), take it at least 4 hours before or at least 4 hours after this medication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Caution &amp; Warnings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Warfarin and other similar medicines called vitamin K antagonists, used to thin the blood.
