Brushing your teeth regularly is essential for maintaining good oral health. Brushing helps remove plaque, a layer of bacteria that coats your teeth. Reducing plaque buildup is critical for helping to prevent cavities and gum disease (gingivitis).

Suggested use

Directions:

Place toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums to allow bristles to get below the gumline.
Gently brush along the gumline, moving the brush back and forth in short tooth-wide circular strokes.
Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.
To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up & down strokes.
Brush for 2 minutes, brushing one quadrant at a time (upper right/upper left, lower right/lower left) for 30 seconds per quadrant.
Brush twice a day (or as directed by your dentist or doctor)

Note:

For fresher breath, also brush your tongue and follow by using a Davids tongue scraper (sold separately).
Replace toothbrush every three months or sooner if bristles become frayed.
