1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using our website, mobile channels (including WhatsApp), or placing an order with Theoutlet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 18+) and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes only.

3) Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Provide accurate, complete, and current information, and keep it updated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy breaches.

4) Orders, Acceptance & Availability

All orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel all or part of an order (e.g., stock limits, pricing or product errors, suspected misuse).

If we cancel after a charge, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Product images are for illustration; slight variations (e.g., color/packaging) may occur without affecting function or quality.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in [insert currency] and may include/exclude VAT depending on the display convention. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees will be shown at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., cards, Apple Pay, COD). COD may incur a service fee—shown at checkout.

We use third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details on our systems.

6) Shipping & Delivery

We ship via approved carriers. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or collection point. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report issues within the timeframes below.

7) Return & Exchange Policy (Summary)

To protect health and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal-care items except when:
(a) the item arrives damaged/defective, (b) the wrong item is delivered, or (c) the shipment arrives short.

Report visible shipping damage/leakage within 48 hours of delivery (with clear photos/video).

Report manufacturing defects / wrong / short items within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all accessories/gifts.

Upon inspection approval, your options are: replacement, exchange with price difference, or refund to original payment (refunds typically within 3–5 business days after approval; overall processing 7–10 business days).

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotions and coupon codes are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to specific rules displayed at issuance.

Only one promotion may apply per order unless stated otherwise.

We may cancel or refuse promotions in cases of misuse, error, or fraud.

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid only within the indicated term.
