Instructions for Preparation and Use:
Hygiene: Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure the infant’s bowl and spoon are clean.

Water Preparation: Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it to cool until lukewarm.

Measurement: Pour 150ml of lukewarm water into the bowl and add 50g (approximately 9 leveled tablespoons) of Cerelac Wheat & Dates.

Mixing: Stir well until the consistency is smooth and serve immediately to the infant.
