Preparation and Usage Instructions
The tea is prepared by adding it to previously boiled water (no added sugar needed):

For infants (up to 2 months): 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5g) in 50 ml of water.

From 2 to 6 months: 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) in 50 to 100 ml of water.

From 6 months to 1 year: 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) in 100 ml of water.

For older children and adults: Can be consumed 2 to 3 times daily as needed.
