Suggested use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 serving (2 caplets) twice daily with or without food or as recommended by your health professional. Take with a full glass of water in an upright position.
Other ingredients
Calcium citrate, polyethylene glycol, croscarmellose sodium; less than 2% of: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, oligofructose enriched inulin, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, talc, titanium dioxide (color), vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol).
