Suggested use
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Cellulose, dextrose, sorbitol, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. contains <2% of: artificial colors fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #5), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.

Warnings
