Use:
This medication is used to relieve symptoms of acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and upset stomach caused by excess stomach acid.
It helps soothe irritation in the stomach and esophagus and provides quick relief from discomfort after meals.

How it works:
Moxal contains aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which neutralize excess stomach acid.
It also includes simethicone, which helps break down gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, relieving bloating and pressure.
Together, these ingredients provide balanced acid neutralization and gentle relief from heartburn and gas.

Dosage and administration:
Shake the bottle well before use.
The usual adult dose is 5–10 ml taken one hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor.
It can be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of water if desired.
Do not exceed the recommended dose or use for longer than two weeks without medical advice.

Side effects:
Moxal is generally well tolerated.
Mild side effects such as constipation (from aluminum salts) or diarrhea (from magnesium salts) may occur.
Prolonged or excessive use can affect electrolyte balance, particularly in patients with kidney problems.
