Medication name: Acretin 0.05% Cream contains Tretinoin (0.05%), a topical retinoid derived from vitamin A.

Each tube contains 30 grams of cream for external use only.

Use: Acretin is used to treat acne vulgaris, reduce fine wrinkles, improve skin texture, and treat hyperpigmentation.

It helps unclog pores, reduce the formation of pimples, and promote smoother, clearer skin over time.

How it works: Tretinoin increases cell turnover in the skin, preventing dead cells from clogging pores and promoting the growth of new, healthy skin cells.

Dosage and administration:

• Apply a small, pea-sized amount to the affected area once daily at night, on clean, dry skin.

• Avoid applying near the eyes, nostrils, or mouth.

• Sunscreen should be applied daily during treatment to protect the skin from sensitivity and sunburn.
