Medication name: JP Triolite Cream 30 g contains a combination of Hydroquinone (2%), Tretinoin (0.025%), and Fluocinolone acetonide (0.01%).

It is a triple-combination topical formulation used for the treatment of dark skin conditions and pigmentation disorders.

Drug class: Skin depigmenting agent / Corticosteroid + Retinoid + Skin lightener

Use: JP Triolite is used to treat melasma, freckles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation caused by hormonal changes, sun exposure, or acne.

It helps lighten the skin and even out skin tone.

How it works:

• Hydroquinone reduces melanin production, lightening dark patches.

• Tretinoin promotes skin cell renewal, unclogs pores, and enhances absorption of other ingredients.

• Fluocinolone acetonide is a mild corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching.

Dosage and administration:

• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area once daily at night, or as directed by your doctor.

• Avoid applying to normal surrounding skin.

• Use sunscreen daily during the day to prevent re-darkening.

• Do not use for more than 8 weeks continuously unless prescribed.

Side effects: Common side effects include mild irritation, redness, dryness, burning, or peeling.

Prolonged use may cause skin thinning or increased sensitivity to sunlight.
