Ruzurgi 10 Mg 100 Tablets

• • RUZURGI is a potassium channel blocker indicated for the treatment of Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) in patients 6 to less than 17 years of age.

How to use:

• • Patients 6 to less than 17 years of age weighing 45 kg or more:
    • • Initial dosage is 15 mg to 30 mg daily, in pided doses
    • • Increase daily in 5 mg to 10 mg increments, pided in up to 5 doses daily
    • • Maximum single dose is 30 mg; maximum daily dosage is 100 mg

Caution & Warnings:

• • History of seizures

• • Hypersensitivity to amifampridine or other aminopyridine

Side Effects:

• • Paresthesia/dysesthesia, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, dizziness, and nausea.
