How to use:

• Doses may change from patient to patient based on your age, your medical condition, and whether or not you are taking other medicines.
• Starting dose: 120 mg twice a day.
• Regular dose: 240 mg twice a day.

Caution & Warnings:

• Talk to your doctor before taking this medication if you have:
• A severe kidney disease
• A severe liver disease
• A disease of the stomach or bowel
• A serious infection (such as pneumonia)
