Refund and Returns Policy
To protect public health and safety, returns and exchanges are not accepted for personal-care products once they leave our warehouse,
except in the following cases only:
the item arrives damaged/defective, or
the wrong item is delivered, or the shipment arrives short compared to the invoice.
Eligibility Requirements
Report the issue within the time frames below.
Item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging with all seals intact, including all accessories and any promotional gifts.
Provide the original invoice or order number.
Ship the return using secure packaging (ideally the original outer carton).
Note: Opened/used items or items with altered packaging/seals cannot be accepted for health reasons.
Reporting Time Frames
Visible shipping damage / leakage / spillage: within 48 hours of delivery (include clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and the item).
Manufacturing defects, wrong item, or short shipment: within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.
How to Submit a Request
Contact Theoutlet Customer Care via WhatsApp and share:
Order/invoice number, issue description, and clear photos/videos.
Receive a Service Request (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Arrange pickup from your address or drop-off at the instructed location.
We will inspect the item within 1–3 business days after it reaches our facility.
Resolution Options
Replace with the same item (subject to availability).
Exchange for an alternative item, with any price difference settled if applicable.
Refund to the original payment method after the return passes inspection.
Refund timeline: within 3–5 business days from approval.
Overall processing time: typically, 7–10 business days from opening the request to completion.
Shipping Costs
Theoutlet covers all shipping costs in cases of damaged/defective items, wrong items, or short shipments.
- No fees will be charged to the customer in these cases.
Ineligible Cases
Item opened/used, seals/health labels removed, or packaging altered.
Damage due to improper storage or use after delivery.
Requests submitted after the reporting windows above.
Personal-care items that have been opened (for hygiene/safety reasons).
General Terms
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.
Theoutlet reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions or violates safety procedures.
Additional information or documentation may be requested to complete the inspection.
