Use: Cialis 5 mg is designed for once-daily use, providing continuous effect for:

• Erectile dysfunction (ED): Helps achieve and maintain erections suitable for sexual activity.

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): Reduces urinary symptoms such as weak stream, frequent urination, or difficulty starting urination.

How it works:
Tadalafil inhibits the PDE5 enzyme, which increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels in smooth muscle tissue.

This causes relaxation of blood vessels in the penis and prostate, improving blood flow and relieving urinary symptoms.
The 5 mg dose maintains a steady effect throughout the day, allowing spontaneous sexual activity without timing doses around intercourse.

Dosage and administration:

• Take one 5 mg tablet once daily, preferably at the same time each day.
