Sterilization: Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the bottle and all preparation utensils.

Boiling Water: Boil drinking water and let it cool until it is lukewarm (approximately 40°C).
Warning: Do not use boiling hot water, as high temperatures kill the beneficial bacteria in the Syneo technology.

Determining Quantity: Pour the required amount of water into the bottle according to the feeding table specified by your doctor.

Adding the Powder: Use only the provided scoop. Fill the scoop and level off the excess (without compressing).
Add the appropriate number of scoops to the water (typically 1 scoop per 30ml of water).

Shaking and Mixing: Close the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
