How it works: Babylyte contains a balanced mixture of electrolytes sodium, potassium, chloride, and citrate along with glucose.
The glucose helps enhance the absorption of sodium and water in the intestine, allowing for faster and more effective rehydration than plain water alone.

Dosage and administration: The solution is ready to drink and should not be diluted.
It can be given to infants and children in small, frequent sips throughout the day.

The amount depends on the degree of dehydration and the child’s age or weight.
For mild dehydration, 50–100 ml per kilogram of body weight over 4–6 hours is typically recommended.
Continue giving the solution as long as fluid loss persists.
