Suggested use
Directions:
- Wash your hands and tongue scraper each time before using.
- Hold tongue scraper with Davids logo facing up.
- Open your mouth wide and stick out tongue to get a visual on the back area of your tongue.
- Rest the rounded end of the scraper towards the back of your tongue & gently scrape tongue surface from back to front.
- After each scrape, rinse the round head under running water or wipe with a clean tissue to remove the scraped debris.
- Repeat until entire top surface of your tongue has been scraped clean. Generally, 4-5 scrapes, once per day (or as directed by your dentist or doctor), is sufficient for best results.
- Rinse the instrument under warm running water and dry with a clean tissue or towel before storing in a clean & dry place.
