11.25 mg powder for injection is used to treat:

• • Prostate cancer that has spread into surrounding tissue and/or to other parts of the body.

• • Central precocious puberty, which is a condition in which children reach sexual maturity too early.

• • Endometriosis

How to use:

• • Diphereline p.r. 11.25 mg powder for injection is administered by deep intramuscular injection every 12 weeks.

• • The injection should be given by a healthcare professional.

Caution & Warnings:

• • Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to GnRH, GnRH analogs or to any ingredient of the drug.

Side Effects:

• • Hot flashes (50%), erectile dysfunction (4%), and decreased sexual desire (3%).
