Use:
This medication is used to treat chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, leg swelling, and hemorrhoids.
It helps reduce symptoms such as heaviness, pain, cramps, and swelling in the legs caused by poor blood circulation.
It is also effective in relieving inflammation and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.

How it works:
The active ingredient, diosmin, is a natural flavonoid that strengthens vein walls and improves blood flow in the veins and capillaries.
It works by reducing venous distension and increasing vein tone, which enhances the return of blood to the heart.
Diosmin also decreases inflammation and leakage from small blood vessels, reducing swelling and discomfort in the legs or anal area.

Dosage and administration:
For venous disorders, the usual dose is one capsule (500 mg) twice daily, preferably with meals.
For acute hemorrhoids, the recommended dose may start with two capsules three times daily for the first few days, then reduce to one capsule twice daily as symptoms improve.
Swallow the capsules whole with water.
Continue treatment as prescribed, since improvement in venous tone develops gradually with consistent use.

Side effects:
Doxivenil is generally well tolerated.
Occasional mild side effects may include nausea, stomach discomfort, headache, or dizziness.
Rarely, skin rash or allergic reactions may occur.
Stop the medication and consult your doctor if you experience persistent or severe side effects.

Precautions:
