Dusta 0.5 mg dutasteride 30 Capsules

Dusta is a prescription medicine that contains dutasteride.

Dusta is used to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with an enlarged prostate to:

• • Improve symptoms.

• • Reduce the risk of acute urinary retention (a complete blockage of urine flow).

• • Reduce the risk of the need for BPH‐related surgery.

How to use:

• • Take 1 Dusta capsule once a day.

• • Swallow Dusta capsules whole.

• • Do not crush, chew, or Open Dusta capsules because the contents of the
    Capsule may irritate your lips, mouth, or throat.

Caution & Warnings:

Before you take Dusta, tell your healthcare provider if you:

• • Have liver problems.

• • Dusta is for use by men only.

What should you avoid while taking Dusta?

• • You should not donate blood while taking Dusta or for 6 months after you have stopped Dusta.

• • This is important to prevent pregnant women from receiving Dusta through blood transfusions.

Children and adolescents:

• • Do not take Dusta if you are a child or a teenager.
