How to use:

• • This medicine is for external use only.

• • Based on your medical condition, your doctor will prescribe how long you need to take Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion, 30 x 0.4 ml.

• • Use Restasis ophthalmic emulsion as directed by your doctor.

• • Follow instructions carefully and do not miss doses.

• • Wash your hands well before and after applying.

• • Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze.

• • Avoid contact with your eyes with the dropper and keep them clean.

• • Wipe any excess liquid off your face with a tissue.

• • Use the exact number of drops recommended.

Caution & Warnings:

• • Never use Restasis Emulsion (0.4 ml each) if the plastic part is broken before using it for the first time.

• • Wash your hands before using it and shake the bottle well before each use.

• • Make sure to remove contact lenses if you wear them and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back on.

• • It is not likely that other drugs you take orally or inject will affect how it works.

• • The most common side effects of this medication are blurred vision and a burning sensation in the eye.

• • If your vision is blurry or you have other changes on the horizon for some time, do not drive until your vision clears.
