Medication name: Rexulti 3 mg Tablets contain the active ingredient Brexpiprazole, an atypical antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia and as an add-on therapy for major depressive disorder (MDD).

Each pack includes 28 film-coated tablets for oral use.

Use: This medication helps manage symptoms of schizophrenia such as hallucinations, disorganized thinking, and emotional withdrawal.

In depression, it enhances the effect of antidepressants, improving mood and daily functioning.

How it works: Brexpiprazole works by modulating dopamine and serotonin receptors (D₂, 5-HT₁A, and 5-HT₂A), helping restore chemical balance in the brain.

This improves mood stability, reduces psychotic symptoms, and enhances cognitive and emotional control.
