Use:
This medication is used for the treatment and relief of hemorrhoids (piles) and associated rectal irritation, itching, burning, and pain.
It helps soothe inflammation, reduce swelling, and promote healing of the anal and rectal tissues.
It is especially useful for both internal and external hemorrhoids and for relieving discomfort after rectal surgery or fissures.

How it works:
Tegaproct Gel contains a combination of soothing, anti-inflammatory, and protective ingredients that act locally in the rectal area.
These ingredients help reduce inflammation and irritation, restore the natural barrier of the mucosa, and promote healing of damaged tissues.
The gel base provides a cooling and lubricating effect, easing bowel movements and minimizing pain during defecation.

Dosage and administration:
For rectal use only.
Apply one tube (15 g) once or twice daily, preferably after bowel movements and before bedtime, or as directed by your doctor.
To use, remove the cap, gently insert the applicator into the rectum, and squeeze the tube slowly to release the gel.
After use, remove the applicator carefully and clean it thoroughly.
Wash your hands before and after application.
Each tube is for single use unless otherwise stated by your physician.

Side effects:
Tegaproct is generally well tolerated.
Occasionally, mild burning or temporary local irritation may occur after application.

Precautions:
