Use:
This medication is used to relieve symptoms of heartburn, acidity, indigestion, and upset stomach caused by excess stomach acid or gas.
It helps soothe burning sensations, bloating, and discomfort after meals.

How it works:
Epicogel contains aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which neutralize excess stomach acid, reducing irritation in the stomach and esophagus.
It also contains simethicone, which breaks up gas bubbles in the digestive tract, relieving bloating and pressure.
Together, these ingredients provide fast and gentle relief from acid-related discomfort.

Dosage and administration:
Shake the bottle well before each use.
The usual adult dose is 5–10 ml taken one hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor.
For children, dosing should be based on age and medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and do not take for more than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor.
It is best taken after meals for optimal effect.

Side effects:
Epicogel is generally well tolerated.
Mild side effects may include constipation (from aluminum salts) or diarrhea (from magnesium salts).
Prolonged use may cause changes in blood mineral balance, particularly in patients with kidney disease.
